A YOUNG SAHARAUI APPEARS HUNG ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF SMARA

Edda Neyem Mohamd Moulud, born in 1986 has been found dead after having been missing for 6 days. His body was found yesterday morning on the outskirts of the occupied city of Smara, Western Sahara hanging from a tree, hung.
… Edda Nayem was a young Saharaui resident of Bojador with a totally normal life without any particular connection to the saharaui activism, although he was one of the 20,000 who participated in Camp of Dignity of Gdeim Izik. After his body was found the Moroccan have pressured his family to authorise his immediate burria. But his family have refused until the details of his death are made clear.
The possibility of suicide has been ruled out.
We will continue to inform as and when we have more news.
